Live Sessions

Scheduled video sessions where a facilitator walks through a module topic and answers general questions about the written material. These are discussion sessions, not consultations.

HOW A SESSION RUNS

Forty minutes, one topic, general questions only.

Each live session is built around a single module theme already published on the site. The facilitator opens with a ten-minute recap of the written material, then spends the remaining time responding to questions submitted in advance or typed into the chat during the session.

Questions are answered in general, educational terms. If a question describes a specific symptom, injury, or medical history, the facilitator will note that it needs to be discussed with a physician or physical therapist rather than answered on the call. This boundary is explained at the start of every session so it does not come as a surprise partway through.

Sessions are recorded and a replay link is shared with registered participants for a limited window afterward. No new information is added during editing. The replay is simply the unedited recording.

UPCOMING TOPICS

A rotating set of discussion themes.

Topics rotate on a recurring basis and repeat every few cycles so newcomers can join without waiting for a specific week.

Session Theme Focus Typical Length
Baseline Awareness Week Building a habit of noticing sensation before adding activity 40 minutes
Talking About Setbacks Reframing a difficult week as information rather than failure 35 minutes
Describing Pain Clearly Vocabulary practice for conversations with a physical therapist 40 minutes
Everyday Reintegration Folding gentle movement back into ordinary daily routines 45 minutes
Open Reflection Hour Unstructured discussion drawing on questions from any module 50 minutes
SCOPE OF THESE SESSIONS

Live sessions are an extension of the written course material and remain strictly educational. They do not include an examination, assessment, or individualized recommendation. If a facilitator is unsure whether a question falls within general discussion, the safer path is always taken and the participant is directed to a qualified professional.
